Young Touchstone remote radiator cores are designed for demanding applications involving thermal stress, shock and vibration, thermal cycling, and operating pressures up to 60 PSI.
FLAT-ROUND Tubing
Combines airflow and heat transfer with durable mechanical bonding.
Mechanical Bonding
Roller-expanded joints create a durable tube-to-header connection.
No-Solder Connections
Tube-to-header joints eliminate solder, braze, and rubber grommets.
Steel Header Plate
Half-inch steel plate with a machined O-ring tank seal.
Heavy-Wall Brass Tubing
Provides strength and resistance to damage.
Welded-Seam Tubing

Every radiator is pressure tested underwater after assembly, with each test documented. Horizontal and vertical remote radiators are also certified for seismic applications, including IBC 2000, 2003, 2006, and 2009.
