Andy Bull
PRESIDENT & CO-CEO
Andy is a third-generation owner of CH Bull Company and has been part of the business for most of his life. He first worked in the warehouse during summers in high school and college before joining the company full-time in 1978.
Over the years, Andy has held roles in the warehouse, inside sales, and outside sales, giving him a deep understanding of CH Bull’s customers and the industries they serve. He later became known for leading jobsite safety training on ladder safety and fall protection, and he continues to be a sought-after speaker at events throughout Northern California.
Today, Andy helps lead CH Bull alongside his cousin and business partner, Stan Sheppard, while staying active in his church and enjoying time with his family.

John Crisafi
John has been part of CH Bull for more than 39 years, starting in the warehouse with shipping and receiving before moving into purchasing. Over the years, he has become a trusted resource across the company, supporting both purchasing and internal technology needs.
Today, John helps lead the West Sacramento office, where he has played an important role in growing the business and supporting customers. His experience, reliability, and long-standing commitment make him a valued part of the CH Bull team.
RJ Scott
RJ joined CH Bull in October 2022 as a mechanic, repairing customer equipment and handling factory warranty work for brands including Enerpac, Power Team, Ridgid, and Genie.
As RJ’s role grew, the team quickly recognized his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to support customers beyond the shop. When a longtime territory manager retired, RJ expressed interest in the position and proved to be a strong fit through his hands-on experience and customer-focused approach.
Today, RJ serves as a Territory Manager and continues to build his product knowledge through vendor training and field work alongside Karl and Andy. His reliability and follow-through reflect CH Bull’s commitment to doing what we say we will do, when and how we say we will do it.
Jim Obsitnik
Jim joined CH Bull in 2003, starting as a driver delivering and picking up equipment from job sites. Over time, he also supported counter sales and other day-to-day needs, quickly becoming a valuable part of the team.
Jim later moved into inside sales, where his experience and problem-solving mindset fit perfectly with CH Bull’s solutions-based approach. Instead of simply selling products, Jim works closely with customers to understand their challenges and recommend practical, turnkey solutions.
Today, Jim serves as Inside Sales Manager and is CH Bull’s in-house expert for ErectaStep. Outside of work, he enjoys riding Harleys, cars, and relaxing with a good Scotch and cigar.
Terry Ruiz
Terry joined CH Bull in 2019 after previously working with French Creek Fall Safety, where he supported customers throughout the western United States. Through that partnership, Terry worked closely with the CH Bull team to help grow fall protection sales and build strong customer relationships.
With his industry experience, energy, and customer-first mindset, Terry was a natural fit for the CH Bull team. Today, he supports customers throughout the East Bay, Northern California, and the Central Valley, helping businesses find the right safety and access solutions for their applications.
Outside of work, Terry stays busy as both a minister and co-owner of Tailspin Party Productions with his wife, bringing the same enthusiasm and personality to everything he does.
